We are glad to inform you that AcademserviceLLC - the official Destination Management Partner (DMP) of the LES International Conference Organizing Committee – offers excursions at the most interesting places over Moscow and surroundings from 16-22 May 2014.
We offer the following options for an excursion booking: online booking or by sending your offline form:
To book an excursion online, please click on the button below. (Please note all the excursions will be available for booking online from the beginning of 2014).
To book an excursion offline please complete the Excursion Reservation Form and send it to Academservice by e-mail address: les2014@acase.ru or by fax: +7 (495) 662 43 52.
Please note:
- All excursion reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking, thus we strongly recommend you to book early.
- Tailor-made excursions and guides with different languages are available on request.
- All the excursions start and finish at the entrance № 4 of the World Trade Center.
- An excursion Voucher should be presented before the excursion starts.
- You are kindly asked to arrive no later than 10-15 minutes before the excursion starts.
- All rates indicated below are in Russian rubles (RUB) and include coach, English or Russian speaking guide, entrance fees, VAT 18%.
- Please, take comfortable shoes and clothes for the excursions and also note, that clothes you plan on wearing to visit churches and monasteries should be appropriate (shoulders and thighs are not exposed, heads covered). Besides, we highly recommend you to leave all valuable belongings in the safety box at the hotels.
